Can I cancel my membership anytime? ▾
Yes — cancel anytime, no questions asked. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
What's the difference between a template and a pack? ▾
A single template is one experience — an invitation, a landing page, a card. A pack is a curated collection for a full occasion: matching invitations, graphics, social posts, and any matching files, all in one aesthetic world.
Do my templates expire if I cancel? ▾
Single template purchases are yours to keep, and you may reload them with new CoCo content witha monthly subscription. If you cancel your All-Access membership, you'll lose access to templates you haven't individually purchased. We recommend downloading or printing your work if you do not subscribe.
How do I access my templates after purchase? ▾
Make sure you are signed in to CultureSchool and check your email for a magic link from CoCo— click it and you'll land directly in the Flourish workspace, already signed in. No password needed. Each template in a pack is accessible individually from your account.
Are templates mobile-friendly? ▾
Yes. Every CoCoCreate template is built to look beautiful on any screen — phone, tablet, or desktop. Your guests click your link on their phone and it just works.
What are embroidery files and who are they for? ▾
Some packs include .DST and .PES embroidery files — machine-ready patch designs that match the template aesthetic. Use them with a home embroidery machine, a local shop, or an online service like Printful. All-Access members get these included automatically.
